Shipping policy

We currently ship all orders to the following locations:

  • Canada (domestic)
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • United Kingdom 
  • European Union (EU)

At this time we are not shipping to the United States due to high duties and taxes. We hope to bring this option back in the future. 

To our American customers, thank you for your patience and please stay tuned for updates as we work to bring U.S. shipping back.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 days. Once your has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping to:

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $85 CAD

  • International (AU/NZ, UK, EU): Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD

International Customers

For orders outside of Canada, please note that duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your country. These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, damaged, or appears lost, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We’re always happy to help and will do our best to resolve the issue.

Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.
