Shipping
We ship all orders via Canada Post to the following locations:
- Canada (domestic)
- Australia & New Zealand
- United Kingdom
- European Union (EU)
At this time, we are not shipping to the United States. To our American customers, thank you for your patience, please check back for updates on when we bring it back.
Shipping costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination.
Free Shipping:
- Canada: Free shipping on orders over $85 CAD
- International (AU/NZ, UK, EU): Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
Delivery times:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them.
- Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return:

- If your return is approved, we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and refund your original payment method (please allow 5-7 business days for your return to process).
Damaged or incorrect items:
Please inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve it.
Exchanges:
We handle exchanges case-by-case. Contact us, and we’ll guide you through your options. In many cases, an exchange begins with a standard return of the unused item.
